We needed to write to the copyright holder of Footloose to gain permission for us to use the track for our music video. I visited the download page for the track on Amazon and this told us that Sony BMG Music Entertainment (UK) Limited hold the copyright. I got their address from their website, sent the letter, and now await their reply!
You've made no comment about this... why does it need to be done, for example; how did you track them down?
